Visa Ask HR

Ask HR is Visa's internal human resources portal, where employees go to check their benefits, payroll, time off and career opportunities. Visa wanted to redesign it as an easy-going interface, within its brand standards, that would get employees more engaged with the platform and its services.

Challenge

HR portals tend to feel like paperwork. Visa needed one that employees would actually want to use.

The portal had to bring benefits, payroll, time off, career growth and external tools into one place that's clear, friendly and easy to navigate.

Final thoughts

Ask HR now feels less like a system and more like a helping hand, ready to answer the question "How can we help?".

A personalized dashboard with time off, pay dates and milestones, plus recommended content, popular topics and quick access to external services, comes together in a clean interface built on Visa's brand.
