Visa University is Visa's corporate learning program, where employees around the world develop their skills, careers and leadership. The program needed a brand of its own and a digital campus that would make learning as easy to access as any other everyday tool.

Challenge

Learning at Visa happened across campuses, countries and time zones. It needed one place, and one identity, to bring it all together.

The work meant designing an online campus where employees could explore courses, sign up, follow their progress and find their way around the physical campus, with the same experience on desktop, tablet, mobile and smartwatch.

Final thoughts

Visa University now feels like a real campus, one you can carry in your pocket or on your wrist.

A symbol that blends a book and a shield, a palette of Visa blue and gold, and a clear interface system come together in one experience. It covers the course catalog, the profile, interactive campus maps, travel itineraries, reminders and progress tracking on every device.
